ABOUT MEgan

About Me:

The goal is not work-life balance, but synchronization. Personally, I had to mix it up to work at my most optimum in all the titles I held as mom, executive, wife, friend, boss, etc.

To be most productive, the work culture must support the total employee. This includes executives!

When we show up as our whole selves, we are examples of success that we define as important to our lives. Then we can create a solid foundation that those around us can also build upon.
